FEops HEARTguide™ positively impacts Abbott Amplatzer™ Amulet™ size selection in LAAO compared to TEE- and/or CT-based SoC assessment. Operators should consider FEops computational simulation in their preprocedural device size selection.

Methods: Standard of Care as well as FEOPS-based assessments were compared in 102 consecutive patients scheduled for LAAO with Amulet in 6 different centers. Device size selection and degree of confidence (scale 1 to 10) were determined after SoC- and after FEOPS-based assessments, and compared to the implanted device
